Emmy award-winning artist Erin Lareau, who is quite known to have created many Swarowski crystal-studded guitars, has added another feather to her hat by creating a ten-foot high, Swarowski encrusted guitar inspired by Les Paul to be a part of the West Hollywood GuitarTown public art exhibition. Lareau was one of 26 nationally-acclaimed visual artists selected to create a guitar for the project. Lareau has created costumes, microphones, sets, and other glittering instruments for various music stars, including Michael Jackson, Katy Perry, Spinal Tap, and Orianthi. The huge Gibson guitar will be on display for the rest of the year.
