Will 2012 be the year of change OR the year for another change? As the US goes into another presidential election, the race is getting hotter than ever before. Although the economy is dwindling, President Obama is making this the most expensive presidential race in its time had raised close to $200 million already for his re-election in 2012. Daily Mail reported that Obama raised around $155 million through September and $60 million more in the final quarter of 2011.
Other candidates aren’t far behind either. Mitt Romney, Rick Perry, and Ron Paul have managed to collect well over the $10 million marks before 2011 ends. The Daily Mail adds that Romney has managed a neat $32.2 million; Perry has raised $17.2 million while Ron Paul has raised $12.6 million.
