The 59 YO Dalmore EOS at the Viking Line’s Whisky Fair

If you were wondering what will be the high point of the Viking Line’s annual whisky fair, held on the M/S Cinderella from 14 to 16 January? It is the rare appearance of The Dalmore EOS limited-edition Scotch whisky. Retailing at £15,600 ($24,579), the rare bottle – one of 20 worldwide – is available for sale during the three-day event. The buyer of this rare dram will be entitled to a VIP trip to The Dalmore distillery in Scotland to see how the whiskies are created.

Named after the Titan goddess of the dawn, The Dalmore EOS 59YO whisky is matured in two sherry casks and boasts flavours of intense toffee, caramel, oranges and cinnamon, according to the distiller. It is presented in a decanter made from mouth-blown Portuguese crystal, hand-cut and adorned with silver highlights.
Also showcasing in the event will be the 12YO and 18YO as well as Gran Reserva.
