The most expensive bowl of soup in the world to be auctioned off by Tiato at Santa Monica

It’s raining food here just as we close for the week. If you are planning an elaborate meal with fine dining and a bit of charity too, then head over to the Vietnamese cafe Tiato at Santa Monica. They are all set to put up a special soup under the hammer. Called as AnQi Phở it is said to be made with “A5 Wagyu beef, white alba truffles, a foie gras broth, hand-raised bean sprouts and “noodles” from rare blue lobster meat”. Bids start at $5,000 for a bowl. The proceeds from the sale would go to the Children’s Hospitals of Los Angeles and Orange County along with a part going to the UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital. But if you cant make it to the auction, the soup is will be added on the Tiato’s menu there after.
