Aaron Spelling’s mansion bought by Arab Prince for $130 million

Aaron Spelling was TV’s longest-running hit maker; in fact, Guinness certified him as the world’s most prolific TV producer, with more than 3,800 hours of programming since 1956 to his credit. The buzz in Beverly Hills real estate offices is that Candy Spelling has unloaded her impressive Beverly Hills mansion for a cool $130 million, and that the new buyer is an Arab prince. The inside word is that Aaron’s widow gave an upscale real estate company a “pocket listing” on the mansion and that her asking price was $150 million.

Despite dismissing ongoing reports that the impressive estate was even on the market, Spelling’s widow Candy has sold up. The massive Spelling estate has 123 rooms and is known to be the largest private home in California. It also includes a doll museum, a citrus orchard and three kitchens.
