The beautiful and cozy mansion from Netflix’s Cobra Kai was recently sold for a whopping $2.4 million after being listed for sale in April this year. And not only did the owners manage to snap up the Georgia property for 200k lesser than the asking price, but they’re now set to make more money out of it! Yes, that’s right!
As per sources, the plush home will be let out to Airbnb, with fans getting an exclusive chance to stay in the house that Karate Kid Daniel LaRusso lives in with his wife and children. The final deal is currently in the works and will present the six bedrooms and seven-bathroom mansion to guests on rent soon.
Set across 9,214 square feet, the house (called Villa Flora) boasts a string of luxury amenities on its 1.1-acre lot, including a Mediterranean-inspired backyard with a deluxe pool, several plush trees, and al fresco dining patio.
It also comes with an opulent indoor atrium complete with a wooden bridge, a rock garden, and a koi fishpond along with other amenities. The indoors mostly boast a rustic charm that is further done up with contemporary touches.
Inspired by the flavors of the Amalfi coast, the soon-to-be-launched rental will come with “environmentally responsible” features such as its lush gardens and sustainable materials. However, there is no word on its prices and other details yet.
The property has previously been home to other famous people as well. As stated by Chad Carrodus with Ansley Real Estate, two former U.S. presidents and legendary golfer Arnold Palmer have lived in the gorgeous home in addition to the Karate Kid himself.
As for related news, the production of Cobra Kai’s fourth season wrapped in early May and will debut in December on Netflix. Teasing fans, Willian Zabka, in a statement, said, “Lots of fights, lots of emotion, drama, good ’80s music, and a couple of beers. There’s a lot of people trying to get ahead of the story and trying to figure it out, but it’s pretty impossible to do.”
