Complete with an open-air courtyard and a huge pool, here’s a look at Rihanna’s luxurious $13.8M Beverly Hills mansion

No price is too big for RiRi. And in proving so, the megastar has recently purchased a grand five-bedroom mansion in Beverly Hills for a whopping $13.8 million. It was originally built in the 1930s and is located on a secluded spot in the mountains sprawling 21,958-square-foot.

The property comes with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms and features a ‘sophisticated design’ that ‘blends both contemporary and traditional elements’.

It features a modern farmhouse vibe with a black metal roof and provides an ample amount of privacy.

The luxe home features an open-air central courtyard with an al-fresco terrace, pool, spa, and multiple firepits, and a kitchen with marble surfaces, two islands, and brass fixtures.

The main bedroom further features a walk-in closet and its very own outdoor lounge area.

The house was previously owned by investor Daniel Starr, who purchased the home in 2016 and demolished and rebuilt most of the 1930s structure. It was previously listed on the market last year for $15 million, however, it failed to fetch the asking price back then.

In addition to her brand-new purchase, Rihanna also owns a vacation home in Barbados, a condo along the Wilshire Corridor in L.A., and a penthouse at “The Century” tower. Well, it sure pays to be RiRi!
