Marble, chandeliers and gold curtains – Inside President Trump’s St Martin mansion that is on sale for $28 M

It’s no news that U.S President and super entrepreneur – Donald Trump owns a ton of properties across the globe. And that’s probably why he is ready to sell a miniscule drop off his real-estate pool – The uber plush St. Martin estate that beautifully sits atop the Caribbean island.

Named ‘Le Chateau des Palmiers, the exotic property is touted as one of the greatest mansions in the world and spans across a land of 4.8 acres to be precise. Complete with two Oceanside and garden villas, the estate features a total of 11 bedrooms and 12 baths.

Purchased by Trump in 2013 for an assumed price of US$19.7 million, the luxurious palm ringed estate takes opulence to a whole new level with Chandeliers, marble floors, gold-hued wallpaper and heavy gold curtains in its interior.

It also houses a two-story master suite, a commercial-size catering kitchen and a media room. Fittingly enough, the property is also enclosed with an 8-foot boundary wall to ensure its owner an intimate time all throughout.

While there is no final word on its pricing, it is rumored that this gigantic Trump mansion will cost a whopping $28 million, that per valuation, is at least $ 10 million more than its real worth!

Per Arun Jagtiani, the owner of Island Real Estate Team, ‘If someone does pay anything close to the asking price, it will be because they are paying a premium to say they own a property that was once owned by President Trump.’ And we couldn’t agree more!
