The swanky new address in the Gold Coast area is going to be the Soul Surfers Paradise. Australian developers Juniper Group and Grocon Pty Ltd have come together to build this $A850 million ($US685.82 million) high rise tower. The 77-storey residential and retail complex Soul Surfers Paradise is believed to be the most valuable in Australia. The building’s penthouse sold for $A16.85 million ($US13.6 million) to a couple from Brisbane in October itself. A pool deck with cascading waterfall, pool and spa, indoor heated pool, fully equipped gymnasium, day spa, sauna and steam room, outdoor relaxation space, poolside barbeque and entertainment area are some of the key features of this project. Although half of the residences in the building have already been sold out, they won’t be ready for possession till 2011.
Living in the Soul Surfers Paradise will be a dream come true.
