The Beverly Hills’ Fine Arts Theater is up for sale

The old world theatre in up-town Beverly Hills is now up for sale for $4 million, and we’re looking at classy buyers. Intended as a 430-seat, single-screen theater into a triplex art house that would only showcase Bollywood films, the project failed to receive formal approval from the Beverly Hills City Council.
