Uber-luxurious residential units at Park Hyatt, New York go on sale starting at $17 million

Taking luxe living to great heights (quite literally) is Park Hyatt New York’s residential unit, One57, rising 90 stories above the ground. With unobstructed views of Central Park and Midtown Manhattan, this symbol of high living has been designed by Pritzker Prize-winner architect Christian de Portzamparc and Danish interior designer Thomas Juul Hansen. Residents of the limited residences, available for occupancy in 2013, can enjoy amenities like a library with a 24-foot aquarium, private dining, performance room (private cinema), triple-height indoor swimming pool with private elevator access, custom-designed Jacuzzi, yoga studio, arts and crafts atelier room and pet washroom among others. They will also have access to all the Park Hyatt Hotel New York services, slated for a Fall 2013 opening, hence making them worth the $17 million they are priced at!

Park Hyatt New York’s One57 redefines luxury and is also a shining new addition to the famed Manhattan skyline. The 210 room Park Hyatt Hotel, New York itself, boasts 5,000 square feet of retail space, a spa, fitness center, and indoor swimming pool in a three-story aerie at the hotel’s top. This luxury complex is being developed by Extell Development Corporation and managed by Hyatt Hotels Corp.
