Aston Martin is launching a very special edition V8 Vantage S, exclusively for Continental Europe, the car is inspired by the brands success on the race track. Specifically it’s activities in the GT4 racing series. The special edition model has been named the Vantage SP10; it has a 436 PS and a top speed of 305 km/h. The resemblance between road models and their racing car counterparts are extremely similar which makes the bespoke specifications on the SP10 stand out in a crowd. The 2013 Aston Martin Vantage SP10 will for the first time feature a manual six-speed transmission that will allow you to feel the power of a racecar. Engineered in the image of GT4 racers, the SP10 has true Motorsport flair. The V8 Vantage S has always been a popular model amongst Aston Martin customers.
Customers can alternatively choose the optional Sport shift II automated manual seven speed transmission, this will allow for gear changes that are 20% quicker than any other; which of course leads to faster acceleration.
