2013 Maserati Quattroporte rolls in with Bowers & Wilkins’ 15-speaker premium surround system

Bowers & Wilkins has extended the boundaries of its unrivaled audio expertise with the best in class entertainment system in the all-new Maserati Quattroporte. The 2013 Quattroporte is Maserati’s new flagship vehicle and was unveiled at the Detroit Motor Show on the 14th of January. This gave customers a first hand opportunity to experience Bowers & Wilkins’ premium surround sound system. This system utilizes a high performance, low distortion speaker design, with aluminum tweeters, Kevlar midrange units and Rohacell woofers; thus adapting components of their award winning loudspeakers into a car sound system. This 15-speaker system is powered by a 1,280 watt Harman high efficiency multichannel DSP amplifier and incorporates its highly advanced QuantumLogic surround sound technology.

The Bowers and Wilkins premium surround sound system has been optimally designed for the new Maserati Quattroporte. The design and engineering was done in collaboration with Maserati, to ensure that they provided the best in class system.
