A Floating Fortress for Billionaires: Check out this 311-Foot Mega Yacht that runs on batteries and comes with a safe room, Imax theater and two pools

If you are filthy rich and are looking to purchase a yacht that is not only high-tech but also eco-friendly – we’ve got a mega-deal for you! Enter Ultra2, a 311ft vessel that promises ‘ultra-quality in both style and eco-friendliness.’

Priced at $242 million, the superyacht runs on batteries and comes with two swimming pools and an Imax cinema. It also houses its own safe room and a “diplomatic-grade secure-meeting environment” where big deals can be signed off in ease and secrecy.

The vessel provides top-in-class luxury with bespoke interiors decked in rich mahogany and opulent splashes of gold, and a wide range of standard amenities. The yacht’s crew is further trained to implement military-standard counter-intelligence protocols by that UK outfit Romeo Foxtrot.

With a focus on the environment, the Ultra2 features an all-electric Azipod propulsion system and hybrid diesel-electric motors and can reach top speeds of 16 knots. It features sizable storage facilities that can accommodate three tenders, two expedition RIBs, an EC1235 Eurocopter helicopter, plus water toys, including wave runners, seabobs, kayaks, surfboards, and a water slide.

The gigantic Ultra2 can host 14 guests and 26 crew members in seven suites and additional cabins for the staff. And although it is a mere concept at the moment, it sure makes up for one enviable purchase!
