The Geneva Motor Show offers quite a treat for most car lovers, and Bentley will not disappoint you this time for sure. The luxury carmaker will launch a “highly distinctive and sporting interpretation” of the Mulsanne. The new sportier Mulsanne Mulliner Driving Specification will sport 21-inch alloy wheels, Bentley Flying ‘B’ wing vents, and Diamond Quilted leather-trimmed cabin with driver-selectable, sports-tuned suspension and steering, and a 6.75-liter V8 engine. The car can hit 0-60 mph in 5.1 seconds with a top speed of 184 mph. It also features the Drive Dynamics Control system with a ‘Sport’ setting for a zippier and smoother driving experience.
On the inside, the car seats and door casings sport a leather hide with an “intricate Diamond Quilting pattern, complemented by an indented leather headlining.” The cabin sports a ‘knurled’ or ‘coined’ surface finish with cool-metal interior door handles, ‘Organ Stop’ air ventilation controls, and gear lever for a tactile driving experience, along with a leather gear lever sporting Baseball-style cross stitch.
You can further opt for two new luxury features, including a large tilt-opening, tinted glass sunroof, and an electrically operated bottle cooler that comes with hand-blown and hand-cut lead crystal champagne flutes designed by David Redman. You can pick from “a palette of over 100 paint colors”, premium-quality veneers finish, and as many as 22 leathers hide options.
