We have seen quite a few heart throbbers from the Lamborghini Gallardo family in recent times, such as the Lamborghini Gallardo LP 550-2 Spyder, Lamborghini Gallardo Super Trofeo Stradale and Lamborghini
Gallardo Tricolore. But it seems like all that glory could be living its last days with the Italian automotive maker rolling out its 12,000th Gallardo model in a span of 10 years of production and suggesting a new replacement. While that number may not seem like much compared to the 300,000 cars sold by renowned car-makers in the industry, it is a big milestone in the world of luxury supercars. The same number sounds like a feat in comparison to the 4,099 units sold by sibling Murcielago during the ten-year production tenure of 2001 to 2010.
Lamborghini has thrown hints of replacing Gallardo with an all-new model shortly. We don’t know what it is yet, but we will spill the beans soon!
