Lamborghinis pulled over by Monaco police for “being too loud”

Let’s face it, not everyone loves the sound of a supercar roaring by as much as we do, and we still can’t understand why. After all, nothing sounds more pleasant than a V10 engine being pushed to its limits and the squealing of rubber as a supercar burns down roads. But then again, we live in a highly opinionated world, one that really doesn’t take kindly to extremely loud supercars. Recently, a video sprouted up on the internet vineyard, featuring two Lamborghinis being pulled up by a police officer. The reason? These Italian beasts were apparently disturbing residents, thanks to their loud engines.

From what we’ve seen, and heard, the Lamborghini Murcielago LP670-4 SV and Aventador LP700-4 aren’t really being maniacally revved. The drivers of these cars aren’t particularly heavy on the throttle either and seem to have tamed their beasts well. However, all of this doesn’t seem to impress the Monaco police authorities, who pull over these boy racers in their 650hp+ supercars. What do you think about loud supercars? Are they a bane to your neighbourhood or music to your ears? Do drop in a thought or two on this in the comments below. We’d love to hear what you’ve got to say.
