Luxury sports yachts are my favorite and the favorite of those who prefer some speedy fun on-the-go. Last week, the Pershing 108 superyacht was unveiled in Milan, and we couldn’t wait to bring you the details. The yacht is fitted with split engines for the first time, and the standard version is powered by a three1815kW MTU diesel engine, combined by the goodness of three Arneson surface propellers, propelling her to a speed of 41 knots. The technology applied is also very efficient, as the yacht can achieve a range of 1,070 nm when the central engine is employed at 11 knots. By operating 2 engines, the Pershing 108 is capable of maintaining a cruise speed of 23 knots. As far as the exterior space on the fore, aft, and sun deck is concerned, it is self-sufficient and sophisticated. Semi-circular sofa, a table that can be lowered to create a sundeck area, a steering console, two wide sun pads, and an ice-pad work together to add a persona to the spacious sundeck. The aft deck features two sofa sets facing each other, a table that can accommodate 10, and another large sun pad area.
The interiors are influenced by the use of Canaletto Walnut for the furniture and the living space is dominated by a large C-shaped sofa and a table for 10. The aft deck is also outfitted with high end equipments and gadgetry. The lower deck comprises of a large VIP cabin in the bow, 2 twin guest cabins and a full beam master cabin in the centre of the yacht. The yacht could be extended to accommodate 5 cabins in a separate version.
