It may be touted as the best car series in the world, but there is ample room for improvement with each passing model of the Rolls-Royce Phantom. The company released a teaser image of their upcoming eighth edition of the limousine, and it is expected to hit the streets by 2018. The image is simple and doesn’t tell much about the car but brings into the spotlight the effort and excellence of making each of these gems. It showcases a craftsman working on the car’s aluminum shell.
Speaking about the already-trending next edition of the Phantom, Torsten Müller-Ötvös, Chief Executive Officer, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars said, “I am proud and excited to confirm that a new Phantom is on the way, and it will be a contemporary and beautiful Phantom befitting of its role as the flagship of global luxury.”
The bespoke Phantom’s present rendition was supposed to wrap up orders by December but have seen such good traction that orders have extended to early 2017. The idea of a new Phantom will surely satisfy the appetite of the luxury-hungry patrons of the brand who have yearned for a novel addition to the already illustrious line of cars.
