While the Bentley Supersports Ice Speed Record convertible was first launched at the Geneva Motor show, there was still time for it to hit markets. But now that the pricing details are out, the wait is all getting shorter. Slated to be limited to 100 models only, the world ice speed record for a convertible car for Betney was achieved by Finnish world rally champion Juha Kankkunen. The car can be powered with petrol (gasoline), E85 bio-ethanol, or a combination of the two fuels, too, as the car’s technology ensures a 70 percent drop in CO2 emission levels.
Available in three brilliant hues, the car comes with Alcantara leather-lined cabin and high-gloss carbon fiber with a unique red weave is priced at £189,300 ($311,180). You can also opt for the ISR Mulliner design package without any extra charge that brings a bold ‘Supersports ISR’ graphics and red-accented detailing to your vehicle.
