If you’re looking for something in which you, and your kids, both could fit comfortably, then you’ve hit the right button. The 2.0 Balanced is the latest version of the tri-functional Cargo bike released by TrioBike and it’s an aerodynamic, sleek, and efficient bike, which served your purpose of the exercise (you’ll have enough with 2 kids sitting in the front) and commutation. The good news is that you don’t have to travel with them all the time; it’s detachable and gives a Shimano Nexus 7 speed. The Cargo carrier could be detached to turn it into an overhauled, futuristic street stroller. The Danish national consumer Agency has tried to introduce the safest possible carrier for kids- disc brakes, five-point seat belts, integrated front, and rear lights, and fireproof hood and seats. According to the TrioBike website, the carrier is relieved of heavy metals, so the newer version weighs less, improving steering controls.
The TrioBike has a hefty price tag of $3,500.
