Watch out Range Rover – The Volvo XC90 Excellence SUV is here

Volvo has truly amplified the element of luxury in this SUV, and by this we mean more than just the name. The XC90 Excellence offers just four seats in place of the otherwise seven. The fortunate few who occupy the last two seats will be treated to a rejuvenating massage therapy, thanks to the specially fitted chairs. You also have the flexibility to replace the front passenger seat with an infant carrier or if the massaging isn’t pampering enough, you could add a footrest there. The customization is so high on this one that you could also place an LCD screen besides the driver, not worry about where you could find the room. And we’re just getting started.

The rear passengers of the T8 Twin-engine plug-in hybrid Electric XC90 Excellence (400 hp) have got to be really special people because other than the seat specification, they have complete access to a retractable control screen with touch features. For long journeys they could mitigate the chance of being parched with a refrigerator that offers wine bottle and glass holders, a cup holder and options to heat or cool their edibles at will. Serving these nice things would demand folding tables and handmade crystal glasses, which is, you guessed it, part of the ensemble.

All of this comes with a Bowers and Wilkins 20-speaker system that pumps 1400 W output, open-pore wood and Nappa leather interiors. For an SUV, the car is incredibly quick with the ability to do 0-100 kmph in 5.6 seconds, that too with Pure, Hybrid and Power modes. It will cost $104,900 to bring home the pampering.
