Hennessy unveils limited edition Beauté du Siècle at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol

Airports seem to be a nice place to shop for some classy spirits, and Hennessy has made sure that your wait at Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport is worth your time. The retail store has unveiled limited-edition Beauté du Siècle at its Finest Spirits & Cigars store. The edition was made to mark Kilian Hennessy’s birth centenary. Priced at €150,000 ($190,890), the cognac has been described as “a very precious Cognac in a precious chest.”

Created and produced by Jean-Michel Othoniel, the drink comes in an interesting Baccarat crystal decanter, a modern take on a traditional liqueur chest. The malt has been created by Yann Fillioux and dates back to 1907.
