Journalist slams British Airways First Class even calls it filthy in a viral video

We live in times when a viral video is all it takes for a multi-million dollar corporation to be brought to its knees. In a 29 second video which boasts over 772,000 views on Youtube, British journalist Owen Thomas reveals the sorry state of a First Class cabin on a British Airways flight. Thomas elected to fly first class for his trip for London to Saint Lucia on the 17th of January, but was disappointed by his cabin which he described as “filthy” and “disgusting” in the video.

Thomas is a Bloomberg TV anchor who formerly worked at CNN International and the BBC. In his video he points out stained surfaces in his cabin and moves his seat cushion to reveal the dust collected underneath. The video shows only the seating area of Thomas’ cabin.
