Peter Theil makes Libertarian Ocean Colonies possible

When a handful of millionaires start working towards a common goal, you can expect it to be a reality rather than an unfulfilled dream. Peter Theil, owner of PayPal has donated quite a sum of money to make the concept of Libertarian Ocean Colonies breathe life. The concept makes global citizenship a reality by becoming a citizen of the sea. This project has been undertaken by Google’s Patri Friedman and Wayne Gramlich has already written a book on seasteading (that’s what they call it). A few more million dollars will need to be exchanged for the world to see universal citizens.

The seastead will have a concrete tube at the bottom and this will have external ballasts that will be filled with air/water to raise the platform on top.
