3. Korean Air
The Celestial Bar on Korean Air only caters to the selected few. Only first class passengers have access to the elegant monochrome self-service bar. Dipped in white and black and completed with mood lighting, the on-board bar serves a host of cocktails.
The bar is sponsored by Absolut Vodka and accordingly offers six signature cocktails, such as the Absolut Raspberry Delight and the Absolut Pear Deluxe.
2. Virgin Atlantic
As a refreshing change to the A380 trend, Virgin Atlantic offers on-board bars on all of its aircraft, which are exclusively for upper class passengers. The newest is in its A330 – it’s fully separate from the cabin and is the longest bar in the sky.
Feast on a lavish spread of premium spirits and liquor including Bombay Sapphire Gin and Grey Goose Vodka, as well as an extensive selection of red and white wine, Prosecco and snacks. Face-to-face service is offered for up to four seated guests, though additional lounge seating is located behind the bar.
1. Qatar Airways
Doha’s national carrier may spoil you with Dior amenity kits and Ferragamo products, but the icing on the cake is the on-board bar. Occupying a well appointed space on the upper deck on the aircraft, the maroon and black toned lounge plays host to business and first class passengers.
Serving Krug on board is a given, along with a plethora of fine cocktails and spirits.
