Audemars Piguet Queen Elizabeth II Cup 2012 wristwatch marks the 14th anniversary of their affiliation

Luxury, elegance, and style are today all synonyms to Audemars Piguet that has stood the test of time and emerged as the leading watchmaker offering only the best creations. The brand recently unveiled a 100-piece limited edition of the Tradition collection in March. The collection was unveiled to commemorate the 14th anniversary of the Audemars Piguet Queen Elizabeth II (AP QEII) Cup in Hong Kong. Drawing its inspiration from the historic 1923 cushion-shaped pocket watch, the Audemars Piguet Queen Elizabeth II Cup 2012 wristwatch flaunts a cushion-shaped case.

The 18-carat pink gold case, together with the white lacquered dial and pink gold applied Arabic numerals and hands, is enough to steal any watch lover’s heart. Boasting of a self-winding manufacture caliber 2120 movement, this timepiece has a power reserve of up to 40 hours. The sapphire crystal caseback is engraved with the lettering: the Audemars Piguet QE II CUP 2012 – Limited Edition.
Adding the finishing touches is the hand-stitched “large square scale” brown crocodile strap with an 18-carat pink gold pin buckle. A masterpiece indeed, this timepiece is yet another example of the brand’s mastery of horology.
