“An idea of enabling diamonds to shine more brightly by freeing them from their retaining settings and enabling them to move about freely” might make you wonder – what the! But it makes absolute sense when you see the different models of Chopard’s Happy Sport series. A new, fresh and unique version of Happy Sport watches has been released by the watchmaker, which shows how time and taste are changing in fashion trends. These medium-sized watches come studded with a sparkling dial and three color variations – blue, orange, and turquoise.
Happy Sport was first created in 1993 by Artistic Director and Co-President of Chopard, Caroline Scheufele – also creating for the first time a blend of diamonds with steel – considered as a “bold” act of fashion judgement. It stuck, and has over the years seen several happy collections. None as colourful as this one, though.
