Hublot Big Bang Depeche Mode watch designed to benefit Charity: Water

Depeche Mode and Hublot come together to create the limited edition Big Bang Depeche Mode watch. The striking black ceramic watch truly epitomizes what Depeche Mode represents as a band whilst still highlighting the art of fusion that is the hallmark of Hublot. The watch will be limited to a numbered series of 250 and has a diameter of 44mm. Even the 6 PVD titanium screws, bezel lug, crown, and lateral inserts have all been created in black to give this watch a sophisticated, mysterious look. The case has been made in sapphire crystal, with the interior getting an anti-reflective treatment. This intricate watch has 257 components and a power reserve of 42 hours. The case back declares proudly “Depeche Mode” and “Charity: water.” A rectangular window on the dial at 4:30 gives you the date. The strap on this limited edition watch has been made from heat-molded calfskin.

The watch is the second collaboration between these two creative powerhouses.

In 2010 the charity chosen was the teenage Cancer fund; this year, the two have chosen to focus their efforts on getting safe drinking water to the developing world. The collaboration was announced in Berlin on the 18th of March.
