Hublot has teamed up with Berluti for the Big Bang Unico Berluti Cold Brown watch

Hublot’s big bang collection celebrates the art of fusion like no other. Earlier this year Hublot released the Big Bang in millennial pink, a gender-neutral shade that could well be the hottest color of the season until their newest cold brown colour showed up in The Hublot Big Bang Unico Berluti Cold Brown. The newest offering brings together Hublot’s mastery of materials with the flair of Kris Van Assche, Creative Director of Berluti, to design a model based for the first time on the iconic Big Bang Unico chronograph. This collaboration with Berluti has resulted in the house’s iconic Venezia leather making its way to the Big Bang Unico’s dial. Another pathbreaking aspect is the visibility of the gears of the Unico movement achieved by the construction encases the leather between two pieces of sapphire glass. The Venezia leather comes in Cold Brown patina and is the highlight of the timepiece which also makes an appearance on the watch’s bezel.

The heart of this Hublot Big Bang could only be the iconic Unico manufacture movement, a chronograph with flyback function. Here, this MHUB1242 calibre beats from within a 45 mm black ceramic case and offers a 72-hour power reserve. The Hublot Big Bang Unico Berluti Cold Brown watch comes in a chest signed by the two houses, combined with the emblematic Berluti shoehorn key ring and travel case. This model will only be available in a limited edition of 100 pieces, each selling for a staggering price of $26,200 in a black ceramic bracelet or a brown Venezia Cold Brown leather strap.
