When Longines turned 180 years old, they decided to celebrate the milestone with a special anniversary model called Longines Heritage 1942 Chronograph. This new offering is a bit more masculine than the one paying tribute to founder Auguste Agassiz. Set in a 40mm stainless steel case, covered with an AR-coated sapphire crystal and a sapphire display back, the stunning watch sports a tachymetric scale on its bezel.
Boasting of the Swiss automatic Longines L688.2 movement, the watch offers 30-metre water resistance, and a 54-hour power reserve. Available in white or black dials with Arabic numerals it sports hands hued in blue steel or plated with rhodiaum. The watch has been finished with a black alligator strap and a steel buckle.
