Located in the world famous Dubai mall is Rolex’s largest store in the world. Spread over three levels, the store occupies 850 square meters of space and is home to over 1000 of the world’s most pricey and coveted watches from Rolex.
Tom Bushell took What’s On Dubai into this watch wonderland to explore some of the beautiful timepieces on offer. On resolving to make a purchase Bushell discovered that the cheapest watch in the store cost a whopping DHS 20,000 (that’s around $5,445 at current exchange). He also had a chance to take a closer look at the watch that James Cameron took to the depths of the ocean.
Tom also had an opportunity to get up close and personal with the most expensive watch in the store, a luxurious confection made of platinum with 50 emeralds on the bezel (plus 2 on the dial) and was paved with diamonds. With a 72 hour power reserve, the watch bears a hefty pricetag of DHS 1.5 million (around $408,441).
Watch to the end to see what Bushell purchases on his trip!
