Zenith Chronomaster Open El Primero Venice – a traditional score in modern times

One of Venice’s nicknames includes “Queen of the Adriatic” and Zenith has dedicated its latest timepiece Zenith Chronomaster Open El Primero Venice to it. It uses the automatic El Primero caliber 4021 movement that features the famed Venice lion in St Mark’s Square. The lion appears in the open dial at 10 o’clock showing the heart of the El Primero movement. The griffin is also emblazoned across the dial. The watch has a 45mm 18K rose gold case with front and back sapphire crystals. The Arabic numerals and indices are 18kt rose gold appliqués. The hands are solid gold as well. Paying tribute to the people of the lagoon, who were confined to a few tiny islands that lit up the Renaissance this watch is created in a limited series of 100 watches.

This timepiece, dedicated to the Queen of the Adriatic, is thus the diva of all the rose gold models in the Chronomaster collection: retrograde date, ‘grande date’, or simply Open.
