Lamborghini has announced its first luxury real estate project in Europe that’ll be developed in collaboration with DarGlobal. This comes a few years after the Italian supercar manufacturer made its foray into the real estate business by launching upscale mansions in Emaar’s Dubai Hills Estate that were snapped up in no time. Lamborghini wants to repeat its success with this new project. Named Tierra Viva, the hillside complex will consist of 53 uber-luxurious two-story villas overlooking the Mediterranean, located in the town of Behanavís on the south coast of Spain. A short drive from Marbella, Lamborghini says the “strategic location offers residents easy access to various points of interest, including the beach, Puerto Banús, the Marbella Club Golden Mile, and the Marbella Marina.”

There will be three different types of villas to choose from: Diamante, Zafiro, and Esmeralda, which will have 6, 5, and 4 bedrooms respectively. Each will feature a slightly different design and will offer range-topping amenities including “direct car access, panoramic swimming pools, multiple terraces, and flourishing gardens.” The renderings released by the company show a minimalistic and clean design approach for the exterior. DarGobal pointed out that the villas will be carefully “positioned at different heights” to give all residents “panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea.”

As far as the interior is concerned, the minimalistic design approach is carried over on the inside with extensive use of light colors. The villas will have floor-to-ceiling glazing along with polished marble floors and the use of fine leather in upholstery. According to the automaker, the villa’s “design is directly inspired by the brand’s supercars, with interiors enriched by sophisticated finishes inspired by the Lamborghini style.”
