Sotheby’s is auctioning a massive collection of Supreme products – 1300 items to be precise

If you’re a Supreme enthusiast – here’s a dope deal in the making for you! After selling bits and pieces of exclusive Supreme Memorabilia in the past, Sotheby’s is now set to auction off almost every accessory produced by the brand to date. Part of a private-owned collection, the online-only sale will include a mind-blowing archive of luxury, art, and skate culture assembled by U.S. based collector Yukio Takahashi over 20 years.

Dubbed as the Supreme Vault: 1998-2018: the collection will be offered as a single lot and in group lots for an anticipated price of a cool $ 220,000 (or more). Up for grabs is the rare Stern Pinball machine, the Everlast boxing series (including the heavy bag), the exclusive Coleman Motorbike, and over a dozen of other precious items. The auction will take place between 20 May, 10 am HKT – 28 May, 11 am HKT, with premium items from the sale also being exhibited at Hart Hall, H Queen’s in Central Hong Kong on the same dates.

Commenting on the auction, Yukio Takahashi in a statement to Hypebeast said: “What makes Supremes’ accessories the most exciting part of their product line is its unpredictability, multifaceted and genius choices in collaborations. I have enjoyed collecting Supreme for nearly a decade and the process and result have both surpassed expectations. Now it is complete to the best of my knowledge and is at a good stopping place. Once Sotheby’s was mentioned, I recognized there would be no better way to sign off. Exemplified by their NIGOLDENEYE® sale, the capabilities of Sotheby’s are second to none.” Supreme fans better be listening!
