In fact, the lengthy apartment is being described as a luxury fortress that requires 30 seconds to walk the 250-foot hallway. The apartment has 4 bedrooms and an area of 5,000 square feet.

The 90-year-old apartment is located in the Whitman building and is marketed by Douglas Elliman Real Estate. The building also has a lu7xury penthouse, which is expected to cost $22.5 million, and Chelsea is one of the two people interested in buying it.
