Pininfarina designed first residential project in America announced

Competing of sorts with the Porsche Design Tower is the new Pininfarina building in Miami. Yes, Pininfarina has been contracted to design the interiors of this new building which is being developed by the Related Group, and is designed by Uruguayan architect Carlos Ott at 1100 South Miami Avenue. So what design contribution will Pininfarina make, you ask? Pininfarina has been brought in with the tough task of doing the interiors of this luxe building, making it the first American luxury condo with interiors done up by Pininfarina.

Thus, expect all 382 apartments in the 42-story tower, along with the ninth-floor pool deck with club room, the rooftop infinity pool with private cabanas, the fitness center, and the private theater, all to boast of the Pininfarina touches. Reports suggest the main materials for doing up these spaces will be exotic wood and Italian leather (we are not surprised). Promising to be a space to watch out for, this tower will surely attract the rich from across the globe. Watch this space for more on this tower.
