The spot that was safely secured by Brazilian beauty Gisele Bundchen for years, was smoothly taken by the very popular Jenner this year. She also showed a high increase in her annual earnings from last year by garnering a whopping $22 million this time.
Her feat is considered remarkable also because she outdid fierce competition from the likes of the Hadid sisters and names such as Adriana Lima and Karlie Kloss. The 22-year-old Jenner, who is also a half sister to Kim Kardashian is said to have reached top spot mainly because of her high paying assignments with Chanel, Givenchy, Versace and more. Much of her income also comes from projects back home such as the Kendall + Kylie clothing line and her family’s reality TV show. The gorgeous diva also earns staggering amounts for paid endorsements on social media that directly reach her follower base of 85 million.
Bundchen who aced the charts until last year (with annual earnings of $30,500,000) secured second spot this year with a 43% fall in her earnings. Few other noteworthy names on the top-ten list included that of Ashley Graham, the first ever curve model to make it thus far and Chinese star Lie Wen.
