Taylor Swift rules the hearts of her fans, which makes her a queen, and this queen is now headed down under for the Australian leg of her Eras Tour. In true music royalty style, the billionaire (worth $1.1 billion) will be making the ultra-luxurious Crown Presidential Villa her home.

After three shows over three nights at the MCG followed by another four shows at Accor Stadium in Sydney to packed houses this will be sheer bliss reports Escape magazine. The villa, perched a staggering 270 meters above the harbor city on the 88th and 89th floors of Crown Towers Sydney, will set the ‘Lover’ singer back $25,000 per night.

A bathtub will surely melt her stress away.

For that price, Swift will enjoy, after a hard day’s work, the most stellar city views and an atmosphere of sheer opulence. The two sprawling levels are packed with every amenity, the most enchanting interiors, and boast sun-drenched floor-to-ceiling windows.

On the first floor, she can rest her feet on a comfy couch in the expansive living area, stylishly curated with bespoke furnishings. Not too far away is the kitchen for some nibbles and a bar to toast to her concerts’ stupendous success. Her entourage, if around, can relax with a round of pool or catch up with rival activity in the media room. Meals in the extravagant dining room can be enjoyed by a group of 10 people. There is also a fully equipped office and butler’s quarters as the palatial suite comes with a 24-hour butler ready to take care of superstars’ every whim.

The second floor is a more private space featuring a spectacular master bedroom. The room is outfitted with a spacious bathroom complete with a marble spa bath and steam shower. This floor includes another second king-size bedroom with a jaw-dropping deluxe ensuite and even a fitness room with an infrared sauna. With an area of 800sqm, how can this palatial masterpiece not include a massage suite? It is understood that the occupants of one of Australia’s most expensive hotel rooms are overworked, stimulated, raring-to-go VVIPs who would love a moment of respite from their busy schedules.

The $25,000 villa offers rejuvenation in the form of an open-air terrace that is accessed via the secondary living area. It houses a heated, private infinity pool on the highest open-air hotel terrace in Australia, per Bosshunting.
