When Michelin-starred meals are delicately paired with my favourite shoe brand, it’s only fair that my excitement levels sore through the skies! I’m convinced you’ve dined at or at least heard of Tosca, at the Ritz Carlton Hong Kong it is one of the city’s finest Italian diners; and now gaining inspiration from Salvatore Ferragamo, culinary Master Chef Pino Lavarra of Tosca has curated an exotic selection of afternoon tea delicacies presented in an elegant tea stand with a galvanized metallic finish replicating the patented “Flower Heel” design of the latest footwear collection of Salvatore Ferragamo. Thankfully for you and me, this soiree will be hosted every Saturday from November 18 to December 9.
Considering we’re dessert-lovers, it’s only fair we give you a sneak peek into the array!
Salvatore Housing’s Vara Rainbow Bag resonates in the Zeppa Multicolor with layers of ingredients in beautiful hues of light pink, white, pink and fuchsiaLayers of fresh raspberries, strawberry pannacotta, ginger cream, raspberry jelly, and blueberry panna cotta symphonize a refreshing and fruity flavor profile so light in texture to tempt every health conscious connoisseur.
For dark chocolate lovers, I’d recommend the Signorina Misteriosa; an edible version of the brand’s signature perfume – layers of jasmine cake, blackberry jelly, and vanilla cream coated with silky smooth dark chocolate and decorated with an endearing chocolate Vara bow on top.
We’re convinced you’re already drooling at the thought of this, so we’ve decided to give you a detailed insight of the menu.
