Only in Vegas a $1000 ice cream sundae served in a Baccarat crystal bowl

We’ve all heard about New York’s acclaimed dessert chain Serendipity and now that the premium dessert bar has reached the sands of Las Vegas, we’re quite excited! In addition to the premium ingredients and fancy clientele, what you must visit the joint for is its Serendipity 3’s Golden Opulence sundae.

Golden-Opulence
Garnering the Guinness World Record for Most Expensive Ice Cream Sundae in the World is the $1,000 sundae served in a Baccarat Crystal Glass. Just by the way, this is the same glass used at the Vatican for the Pope. Far from the conventional lot, the Golden Opulence Sundae entails Swiss-bred 24-karat edible gold leaf, 24-karat gold dust flakes, edible gold dragees, edible sugar flowers painted with edible gold, Tahitian Vanilla Bean ice cream (the most expensive in the world), chocolate truffles and candies from Paris, exotic fruits and passion fruit-infused caviar.
