Dubai’s Burj Al Arab opens doors to an exclusive new restaurant with pool access

If things weren’t already jazzed-up enough at the Burj Al Arab in Dubai, the luxury hotel is all set to welcome guests to an all-new and elevated dining cum pool experience with the SAL. The pop-up destination is located on the hotel’s terrace and provides breathtaking views of the Dubai coastline and its 100-meter infinity pool.

Headed by Chef Roberto Rispoli, the restaurant will offer delectable Spanish and Portuguese cuisine, with a menu of sea-inspired dishes. Courses include Prawns in Roasted Tomato Sauce or wild crab and moves onto signature mains including Homemade Trenette Pasta & King Crab, Seabream Isolana, Sea Salt Crusted Seabass, and more with a range of desserts to choose from.

Those dining at the Sal will further have access to two swimming pools and the terrace sunbeds in the beach area of the hotel. They will be transported to the restaurant in a buggy from the front entrance of Burj Al Arab. A two-course meal at this culinary wonderworld will set back guests by Dh110. Pool and terrace access will further cost $122 (Dh450) per person (with $81 {Dh300)} food and beverage credit at the restaurant inclusive). If you’re craving sumptuous food and some downtime in the pool, you know where to head!
