The Trump Hotel – all ready to make Baku its home

Trump Hotel Chain has turned their sights on Baku, Azerbaijan with the Trump International Hotel & Tower Baku coming up in the Nasimi District offering a spectacular view of the city and overlooking the sparkling waters of the Caspian Sea. Opening in June 2015 this will have 189 hotel rooms and 72 ultra luxury residences.

The hotel will be a soaring 33 storey structure surrounded by gardens, fountains and promenades. The façade of the building is created to resemble the mast of a ship and has metallic bronze panels, glass openings and private terraces.

Keeping the surroundings in mind Tower Baku is uniquely designed such that it demands a second glance. It’s a heady mix of styles and colours ranging from the classic and contemporary look to the more urban and chic look. Colours ranging from the neutral greys and browns to the eye catching purples, blues and black. From soft furnishings to metals and mirrors, from wood to stone to lacquered surfaces, the architects and designers have managed to blend it all together beautifully giving it its own unique style.

The 72 immaculately done up residential suites will be available on a long term lease basis with the suites ranging from about 900 to 9500 square feet. The residents will be welcomed into this lap of luxury as they enter their private drive way and pass the dramatic water feature. The lobby keeps up with the grandeur of the drive in rising through two levels with a stunning cloud chandelier as center piece hanging from above. Gold leaf columns, grand artworks, intimate seating areas, a vast staircase leading to the meeting rooms suites on the first level welcome the guest as they enter this haven of luxury and style.

The hotel guests and the residents can enjoy the spa, indoor swimming pools, fitness center and the business center. The guests are spoilt for choice with the restaurants, each of which is done up differently giving the guest a new experience every time they dine. Open kitchens, champagne bars and terrace dining are some of the features that enhance the dining experience.

The guest rooms are of varying sizes beginning from 645 square feet with the view of either the city of Baku at your feet or the waters of the Caspian Sea. With all the amenities and with luxurious interiors the rooms are a dream come true.
