Trump Hotel Chain has turned their sights on Baku, Azerbaijan with the Trump International Hotel & Tower Baku coming up in the Nasimi District offering a spectacular view of the city and overlooking the sparkling waters of the Caspian Sea. Opening in June 2015 this will have 189 hotel rooms and 72 ultra luxury residences.
The hotel will be a soaring 33 storey structure surrounded by gardens, fountains and promenades. The façade of the building is created to resemble the mast of a ship and has metallic bronze panels, glass openings and private terraces.

The 72 immaculately done up residential suites will be available on a long term lease basis with the suites ranging from about 900 to 9500 square feet. The lobby keeps up with the grandeur of the drive in rising through two levels with a stunning cloud chandelier as center piece hanging from above. Gold leaf columns, grand artworks, intimate seating areas, a vast staircase leading to the meeting rooms suites on the first level welcome the guest as they enter this haven of luxury and style.
The hotel guests and the residents can enjoy the spa, indoor swimming pools, fitness center and the business center.
