The world’s largest emerald goes on display

After the world’s largest diamond, its time for the world’s largest emerald to go out on display, that too in the country it was first discovered, in Colombia. Totaling up to 15,000 carats, the emerald has been kept in its original form right from the time it was found 12 years ago, in Boyaca, which is about 47 miles to the north of Bogota. The emerald’s value has been revealed and is tagged as ‘unmeasurable.’
