Original Stormtrooper Blaster from Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope can be yours for $45k

You don’t have to be a Star Wars nerd to know that the lightsaber is the most iconic weapon from the world’s most loved movie franchise. However, one of the most charismatic characters from Star Wars made blaster guns just as popular. It’s none other than Han Solo, who famously says “Hokey religions and ancient weapons are no match for a good blaster at your side, kid” to Luke Skywalker in the movie. The Prop Store has quoted the same in its description for the sale of an original Stormtrooper blaster gun used in the movie Star Wars: A New Hope and The Empire Strikes Back. The sale gives a unique opportunity to all the diehard Star Wars fans to own a piece of history.

The Stormtrooper blaster gun is one of approximately 20 that were discovered at Bapty & Co. and was purchased by The Prop Store of London somewhere in 2004-2005. The E-11 blaster was made specifically for this movie by the famous cinema weaponry manufacturer Bapty. The E-11 blaster has a Sterling body tube containing a central wooden dowel barrel and custom aluminum components. The Prop Store has restored various parts of the gun, including the M38 scope, T-track strips on the barrel, magazine cylinders, and a steel scope rail. Finished in black paint, the blaster gun still sports the production scuffs and scratches, retaining its original condition. The highly coveted Star Wars memorabilia can be yours for $46,429 USD, which is an absolute steal compared to the Han Solo’s blaster gun that was sold for a whopping $550,000 last year.
