Not a celebrity or a crypto millionaire but the world’s wealthiest dog, a German Shepard who owned Madonna’s Miami mansion is selling it for $31 million.

Living in palatial Mansions, eating food fit for kings, driving in limousines, attending auctions, and sleeping in what was once Madonna’s master bedroom is what this millionaire dog’s life comprises of. You read that right; I just described the life of Gunther VI, a German shepherd and inheritor of a late German countess’ multimillion-dollar trust. The dog is a canine prince who inherited almost $500 million from his grandfather Gunther IV. According to News Week, a team of handlers helps maintain the sweet German shepherd’s lavish lifestyle.

From flying in his private jet to fancy destinations like Milan and the Bahamas to savoring the most delicate meat and caviar, the pup has it all. He even purchased a rare $1.1 million white truffle at auction. To all the beautiful things he owns will be added another $32 million as the friendly four-legged friend is now selling his Miami estate that Madonna once owned for $31.75 million.

The ultra-private gated residence sits on a generously sized lot that spans 51,000 square feet with 100 feet of water frontage. The prestigious home was built in 1928 and has undergone several renovations, and looks fantastic. From impressive Mediterranean-style architecture and sprawling interiors to stunning views of Biscayne Bay, the estate is a steal. Its 8,400-square-feet of interior space is divided among nine bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms. Gunther’s home is particularly special, as out of the six other homes within this exclusive enclave, it’s the only home with a dock.

If Mediterranean interiors charm the guests indoors, the many manicured lawns and water features, towering palms, stone walkways, and beautiful pools captivate you outdoors. The home is listed by Ruthie and Ethan Assouline of The Assouline Team at Compass. “We have sold countless multi-million dollar homes, but this is definitely a first,” Ruthie Assouline tells Forbes. “When the handlers initially told me a dog owned the property, I didn’t believe it. The property has a history that no one else can claim. The ultra-private gated estate sits on an expansive lot lined with royal palm trees, lush landscaping, and showcases breathtaking open bay views.”

Assouline remembers her first encounter with gregarious Gunther VI, “During our first meeting with Gunther, he ran up and gave me a huge slobbery kiss and licked off my lipstick,” Assouline says. “I think that’s what really sealed the deal.” For $32 million, anyone would!
