The club house, designed keeping in mind the Estidama regulations for sustainable development, is touted to be complete by 2013 and will feature a boutique hotel with 26 deluxe rooms, two restaurants, a spa and a pro-shop. Once complete, the island can boast of another luxury monument apart from nine five-star hotels along the beach and one-third of the golf course looking over white sands and waters of the gulf.
