What’s the best way to celebrate the release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens? Well, you take a Fiat 500, wrap it up and make it look like one of the characters from the film! Garage Italia Customs, a company that specializes in creating bespoke wraps for cars, previously showed off the 500E Stormtrooper at the Los Angeles Auto Show. This Fiat 500 was closely themed to resemble the white-clad guys from the Star Wars franchise and had a paint scheme matching the armor of the First Order Legion. With the release of the new film, the company has taken it a step ahead, with R2-D2 and BB-8 versions of the car.
Besides and external wrap theme, these cars also have interiors to match the colors of the characters they’re themed after. To top it all, Garage Italia Customs has added tiny emblems on the front of each car inspired by the Star Wars characters. Another interesting part of these cars is the one-way film used on the glass, enabling a continuation of the wrap theme, without the glass spoiling the show. Of course, this makes these cars pretty useless in real-road situations. That, however, doesn’t stop them from being extremely geeky and cool show cars!
