Billionaires, summers, the Mediterranean, superyachts, and sojourns—don’t these words sound like they all belong together? They certainly do, and one of the most notable billionaires in the world, Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, is perhaps joining in the mix. The tech tycoon’s $500 million superyacht, Koru, was recently spotted in Kerkira (Corfu), Greece. The $75 million Abeona Yacht is also in Greece to accompany the mothership, complete with all toys and tenders, ready for the centibillionaire worth $200 billion or his ladylove Lauren Sanchez. Although it is not clear whether Bezos and his fiancée are aboard, it certainly looks like the vessels are there to make the most of the scorching summer.

Koru, the largest sailing yacht in the world, was getting primed at the renowned La Ciotat shipyard in France since March 2024. To reach the La Ciotat facility, the luxury yacht, with its 230-foot-tall masts, made a transatlantic trip from the US to get in shipshape for the impending holiday season.

Last year, the billionaire and his beauty were aboard the Koru for several months, making the most of their floating mansion. They began sailing in May, exploring the Balearic Islands, Cannes, Saint-Tropez, Capri, Sardinia, Portofino, and the Baltic coast. It was during this time that the 60-year-old American entrepreneur proposed with an enormous diamond engagement ring. This time, we presume, won’t be any different, as Koru is prepared and waiting at a gorgeous location for the beautiful couple to commence a vacation that only billionaires can afford.
