Mansory, an auto tuner that leaves no stone unturned when it comes to excess, has shown rare restraint in its latest creation: a Steph Curry-inspired $2.4 million Ford GT.

In a surprising turn of events, Mansory – a company known for transforming luxury vehicles into polarizing works of automotive excess – has unveiled a collaboration that demonstrates unexpected subtlety. The Mansory x Under Armour Le Mansory, revealed at the NBA All-Star weekend in San Francisco, manages to balance the tuner’s characteristic boldness with an uncommonly refined aesthetic.

While Mansory typically adorns vehicles with an abundance of aggressive styling elements and sometimes garish color combinations, this Steph Curry-inspired Ford GT employs a relatively restrained black and yellow scheme that actually enhances the supercar’s natural lines. The color combination, which pays homage to Curry’s Under Armour brand identity, is applied with unusual discretion through a checkered pattern that showcases the carbon fiber bodywork underneath.

The technical modifications remain appropriately dramatic – the car’s 3.5-liter twin-turbocharged V6 now produces 710 horsepower, up from the standard 656 HP, enabling a top speed of 354 km/h. The body has been widened by 5 centimeters and features Mansory’s signature aerodynamic upgrades, including an aggressive rear wing and enlarged air intakes. However, these modifications feel more purposeful than purely theatrical.

The interior continues the balanced approach with black and yellow leather upholstery complemented by carbon fiber accents and Alcantara trim. It’s luxurious without being overwrought – a departure from Mansory’s typical interior treatments that often border on visual chaos.

Priced at approximately $2.6 million, this one-off creation marks more than just another Mansory special edition – it potentially signals a more mature direction for the German tuner. The vehicle will tour the United States throughout 2025 as part of a broader collaboration with Under Armour, which includes an upcoming clothing line and matching sneakers.

Whether this more refined approach represents a new chapter for Mansory or simply a one-time exception remains to be seen. However, it demonstrates that the company is capable of creating special editions that turn heads for the right reasons – even if they still command characteristically astronomical prices.

The Le Mansory proves that sometimes less is more, even in the world of ultra-luxury automotive customization. It’s a rare instance where Mansory’s modifications enhance rather than overwhelm their canvas, creating something that both automotive purists and modification enthusiasts might actually agree on – or at least argue about less vigorously.
